Bench marks

Reference points with which to compare the standards and quality of a programme.  Therefore, benchmark statements represent general expectations about the standards of achivenments and general attribution to be expected of a graduate in a given subject area.

هى نقاط مرجعية يمكن بواسطتها مقارنة معايير وجودة البرنامج وبالتالى تمثل نصوص المعايير القياسية المرجعية توقعات عامة حول مستويات الإنجاز والصفات العامة التى يفترض توقعها فى خريج فى مجال تخصص ما.
